The event started in a “strange” way, but it got better and better during the presentations…

Adobe kickstarted the event on the “Roots” stage, demoing some new features of the new CS6, including the amazing pattern creation of Illusator, the improved content-aware mechanism of Photoshop and the “soon to be dead” Muse.

After the break we watched some alien grandmas videos, offered by Champagne Valentine and more alien costumes created by Lucy Mcrae.

Ater that we moved to the Open Room to watch Snask’s presentation. Matteo did his internship with them 3 years ago, it was a nice surprise to see them there on the stage! It was a great presentation, mainly focused on the subject clients, with a good touch of humor, sincerity and catchy quotes (“all my life I had more fun saying YES than no”).

We went back to the Roots stage where Jessica Hische was already presenting her beautiful works on lettering. She made a great point about type design. I may think twice before complaining about those font prices…Anyway, congrats for the wedding!

As if it wasn’t enough, Aaron Duffy from 1st Ave Machine amuse as all with his works, all tight together in a simple and linear presentation which gave us a lot to talk on the way to the bar.

We still have two days more to be bombarded with creativity, so beware Aaron, the bar can still be raised…

With the old Moretti label a few guests made adjustments on their id cards, in case they want to take a plane for instance.

Our release party was great.
So great nobody felt bored and started bitching around with a camera.
Would be good to have some documents of all those happy people though, but we rather think everybody (including us) was having too much fun to even think about picking up the camera.

We only have this after night pictures.

We want to thank all those who came to our release party last thursday in Milan, it was amazing! Now Luís is already in Cugujanji land, jumping from one swimming pool to the other, enjoying the summer while Matteo opens an umbrella during this lovely (raining) winter day in Milan…

We have a special message to all our friends who supported us on this special moment (only in italian for now, but as soon as we have some time we’ll translate it, meanwhile trust the power of google translator)

Grazie a tutti per il sostegno e l’amore.

Dopo una bella inaugurazione non può che esserci un ottimo inizio del viaggio.
Abbiamo avuto segni di positività nelle prime ore del mattino, vuol dire che ieri abbiamo prodotto dell’ottima Presa Bene.

Ci aspettiamo di rimanere vicini ed in contatto con tutti. Uno studio creativo non è creativo senza l’energia umana. Quindi appena prenderemo un ufficio (od un double decker bus) potrete venire a cazzeggiare, chiedere favori, portare lavoro ed usare internet

Potrebbe voler dire che tutti erano trooooppo impegnati a divertirsi.
